Student Workbook Series
This Workbook/CD series is for students who have enrolled in an ASL or Interpreting course that is using the Classifiers: A Closer Look curriculum. The curriculum is composed of five units; there is one Student Workbook for each unit. Be sure to check which unit you need before ordering.
Each workbook contains a printed text with lecture notes, learning objectives, assignments, activities and answer sheets plus a CD-ROM (PC and Mac compatible) for individual student homework and practice. Each workbook costs $30.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
You will need the following to view the CD-ROM:
- PC: Windows 98/2000/Me/NT/XP; Mac: OS 8.6 - 9.2.2 and OSX 10.1.5 or higher
- CD-ROM drive
- QuickTime player - if you don't have it, you can download it free from Apple Computer at http://www.apple.com/quicktime
- Adobe Acrobat Reader - if you don't have it, you can download it free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat
- 14" or larger monitor capable of displaying millions of colors.
Screen settings should be set to 1024 x 768 pixels minimum.
To check your screen settings on a Windows machine:
- Go to the Start button, then go to Settings>Control Panels
- Double-click on Display
- Go to the Settings tab
- Adjust the slider in the Screen Area box until it reads 1024 x 768
To check your settings on a Mac:
- Using Mac OS 8.6 - 9.2.2, go to the Apple menu, and select Control Panels>Monitors. Using Mac OSX, go to System Preferences>Displays
- Select 1024 x 768 in the Resolution box
